Arrow Build Checklist
Build arrows the same way every time. Print at A4 or US Letter, work through the 6 sections, and finish with QC checks before the arrows leave your bench.
What's on the checklist
- Preparation: cut, deburr, clean, spec-match
- Insert / Outsert: roughen, glue, seat, cure
- Point seating: full thread, thread-lock for hunting
- Nock + bushing: bushing check, fit, indexing
- Fletching: clean, jig, glue, press, rotate
- QC: spin test, square check, weigh, label, store
