When will BowSmith be available?

Which platforms will be supported?
BowSmith is iOS only. We're focusing exclusively on iPhone and iPad to deliver the best possible experience for Apple users. No Android version is planned.
How much does BowSmith cost?
BowSmith uses a freemium model: a Free plan with all 20+ competition formats & practice modes and all 80+ tuning workflows, plus Advanced and Professional plans that raise the capacity limits and unlock deeper analytics. Paid plans are available monthly, annually, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase — see the pricing page for the full comparison and prices in your local App Store currency. Alpha and beta testers received a Lifetime Professional license free as founding supporters.
Is there a free version?
Yes! The Free plan includes 2 sessions per week and 2 core gear items per category, such as bows, arrows, sights and releases, with all core features included. This is perfect for casual archers. You can upgrade anytime to Advanced or Professional for more capacity and deeper analytics.
Can I use BowSmith offline?
Yes, BowSmith's core features work offline. You can log sessions, track scores, and manage gear without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
What's included in the Professional license?
Professional includes everything in Advanced, plus: unlimited sessions and unlimited core gear items per category; unlimited presets, templates & goals; the full anomaly detection engine; the configuration optimizer and weather impact analysis; all export formats (CSV, PDF, JSON, shareable graphic); and custom branding on shares. Alpha and beta testers received this Lifetime license free.
How can I get involved?
Download BowSmith from the App Store and join our newsletter to help shape new features. Once you're shooting with it, your feedback through the in-app channels and our feature-request page directly shapes what we build next.
Will my data be safe?
Your archery data is stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud database, which we have no access to. Apple encrypts iCloud data, and the app uses encrypted connections. Some data is public by design. Follow requests and follows, your username once your profile is Friends Only or Public, and what a Public profile shows are stored in BowSmith's public iCloud database, which other BowSmith users can read, along with the other items our Privacy Policy lists. Feedback you send from the app is posted in our public GitHub repository. App analytics and crash and error reports go to TelemetryDeck and Sentry only if you allow analytics.
