Shot-Process Checklist
One routine for every arrow. Print at A4 or US Letter, write a cue word next to each of the nine steps, and run the same order on every shot.

What's on the checklist
- The shot cycle in nine steps: stance, nock, set, raise, draw, anchor, aim & expansion, release, follow-through
- A write-in line for your own cue word on every step
- Before each end: conditions, one process goal, a settled breath
- When a shot breaks down: let down safely, start again, note the step
- Notes on how set, anchor, expansion and release differ for recurve, barebow and compound
